The purpose and mission statement of the Community Youth Network will:

Provide counseling services to individuals and families to help them in resolving difficulties suffered because of adjustment problems, crisis situations of abusive behaviors.

Preserve and strengthening families while protecting individuals from abusive or high risk situations.

Reduce unnecessary entry into the juvenile justice, child welfare, or mental health system.

Promote networking and coordination between various social services, legal and educational services.
